RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICYIf a casket or monument is shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to insure that a full inspection of the product is good condition. If it is not, refuse the item or notate on the Bill Of Lading such damage, otherwise, Monumental Memorials LLC is not responsible once the Bill of Lading has been signed for in good condition.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, we will work to make your order right. Refunds will processed once the item has been returned freight prepaid without any damage to our warehouse. Please allow 7 -10 business days for your refund to be processed.
You may choose to cancel your order at anytime. However, canceled orders once shipping has occurred will result in a 30% restocking fee plus the actual cost of delivery and or returned delivery/shipping expenses.
