Monumental Memorials was established to provide affordable options on quality funeral products to families across America.
What We Do
Traditionally in the funeral products industry, a manufacturer sells to a distributor, who in turn then sells to the funeral home, who then marks up the products as high as 200 to 500% in some cases. Monumental Memorials provides savings to its customers by buying direct from manufacturers and marking up its products modestly, thus saving our customers hundreds to thousands of dollars.
Who We Are
Steve Milam, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Milam oversees the daily operations of Monumental Memorials LLC. He had studied the funeral supply industry for 2 years before founding Monumental Memorials LLC. He attended many trade shows and met with several manufacturers across the globe. He was astounded to find the traditional mark up to consumers at the funeral home level.
Mr. Milam has owned and operated several start-up internet/catalog businesses throughout his professional life. The one thing that never changes is his focus on bringing quality products to the consumer at the affordable prices. He does this by purchasing products direct from manufacturers and selling direct to the consumer at a modest mark up. He brings with him a vast amount of experience in the areas of online marketing, catalog sales, product development, warehousing, and distribution.
